Customer Service Operational Hour:
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB)
Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday = OFF

  1. Orders paid before 13:00 WIB on each operational day will be processed on the same day. Orders received outside of operational hours will be processed on the following day. In specific cases, the maximum processing time for orders is 3 x 24 hours (operational hours).
  2. Prior to making payment, please conduct a thorough check. Once processed, orders cannot be exchanged (size, model, color), returned, or canceled.
  3. It is highly recommended to perform a video unboxing. In the event of any product defects or errors, kindly submit a report through the chat, including video evidence (mandatory).


Return/Exchange

  1. Please understand that we won't accept requests for exchange/return of items if they match the order details and are free of defects.
  2. For size exchanges (in specific cases), buyers should contact Customer Service (CS) via chat with video evidence. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  3. Buyers are encouraged to submit requests for exchange/return within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours after receiving the package.
  4. Once approved, return/refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 3 x 24 hours (operational hours).
